We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Holistic Health and Wellness Book Club, set to begin in Autumn 2025! Join like-minded individuals on a delightful journey of discovery as we explore a carefully curated selection of books focused on holistic health, wellness, and the art of living mindfully.
Each month, we’ll gather for an engaging hour and a half, where we will delve into thought-provoking titles that cover a multitude of aspects of holistic health, from nurturing autoimmune health to mindfulness, healing through nature to embracing a holistic lifestyle. Our meetings will be held in person, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with warmth and connection, allowing for deep discussions and personal exchanges in a supportive setting.
Participants will be required to purchase and bring their chosen books to our gatherings, which will serve as the foundation for our enlightening discussions. Prior to each meeting, we will share a list of the books to be contemplated, giving you ample time to read, reflect, and jot down your thoughts. This will ensure that everyone can contribute meaningfully to our dialogues, enriching the shared experience for all.
But it won’t stop there! Our gatherings will not only focus on the principles laid out in these enlightening books; we will also weave in opportunities for creativity and connection through mindful practices and art therapy exercises.
