We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of our Holistic Health and Wellness Book Club, which began in Autumn 2025!

It is to too late to join like-minded individuals on a delightful journey of discovery as we continue to explore a carefully curated selection of books focused on holistic health, wellness, and the art of living mindfully.

Each month, we gather for an engaging hour and a half to delve into thought-provoking titles that cover a multitude of aspects of holistic health, from nurturing autoimmune health to mindfulness, healing through nature, and embracing a holistic lifestyle. Our meetings are held in person, creating a vibrant atmosphere of warmth and connection that fosters deep discussions and personal exchanges in a supportive setting.

Participants are required to purchase and bring their chosen books to our gatherings, which will serve as the foundation for our enlightening discussions. Prior to each meeting, we share a list of the books to be contemplated, giving you ample time to read, reflect, and jot down your thoughts. This ensures that everyone can contribute meaningfully to our dialogues, enriching the shared experience for all. Please note that books can be provided to you for a fee.

But it doesn’t stop there! Our gatherings focus on the principles laid out in these enlightening books; we weave in opportunities for creativity and connection through mindful practices and art therapy exercises.
