Right now! While you’re reading this, take a deep breath. That’s all it takes! Throughout the day set a simple reminder to take a few deep breaths.
We breathe on autopilot, but theses breaths are shallow.
I teach clients how to bring breathing into their daily routines. It can help our bodies in many ways and can easily become part of our daily routine and it need not take more than a minute. It’s a great health tool for those who are too busy!
Taking the time to breathe deeply will rejuvenate you and provide instant calm to your entire body.
