Consider your daily routine and how you could build exercise into it.
Could you take the stairs. It’s obvious but if you’re still taking the elevator, you are missing out on burning major calories as five minutes of stair climbing can burn up to 150 calories!
Could you park your car further away from the entrance to the store?
Could you spend ten minutes a day on a gently yoga stretching routine. Look up ten minute exercise on YouTube and you will find lots of videos!
We don’t all need an intense gym routine to be fit!
Simply start being active by taking the stairs.
