After 30 years living gluten-free, I’ve learned that health isn’t found in a pill - it’s composed in the kitchen. This studio is my library of rhythms, recipes, and resources designed to move you from gluten-free complexity to culinary grace.

A Note on My Method

Every recipe here is born from 30 years of living with Coeliac disease. While many are designed for deep vitality and autoimmune support, they are first and foremost designed to be delicious, family-friendly, and achievable in a busy home.

The Cook Book: Gluten Free Recipes by Holistic Health Artistry

30 years of gluten-free cooking for a real family. From the 'Daily Loaf' to kitchen-table favourites, these are the recipes that have sustained my home and my clinical practice.

The Family Table (Real Life Gluten-Free)

Gluten-free living in the real world. Nourishing a family, navigating birthdays and school lunches, and keeping the joy in food while managing health requirements.

The Freezer (Systems & Freezing)

Efficiency is an art form. My systems for home freezing, produce storage, and meal planning are designed to take the stress out of a restricted diet.
