I’m afraid or I won’t let fear hold me back
I’m afraid. What of? Ask yourself, what are you afraid of? If you are in danger, then talk to someone. Please take the step to make yourself safe.
Are you afraid of failing? What is the fear that is holding you back? Can you break the fear down into smaller steps which make you less afraid?
Why not take a few courageous steps a week. Break the task down into smaller tasks and complete one a day, or once a week. How far and how much would you have achieved in a month, a year or five years.
Fear can hold us back, but we shouldn’t let it. Let’s take small steps each day and break the fear down and celebrate all we have accomplished every day.
